Email or phone support is NOT included in the subscription price. Most of our products are really simple and many customers run them in a 100% self serve fashion. That is why we detached the mail and phone support from the products and are able to offer the app subscriptions at a lower price point.
Direct email or phone support for you or your customers (after the free on-boarding meeting) requires a Premium Support Subscription. Any service rendered under the Premium Support Subscription that is not included in the subscription is billed directly to your customer based on time and material.
Please not that you need a Premium Support Subscription for each customer that wants to engage with officeatwork (directly or via you the CSP partner). Reselling of Premium Support Subscriptions (starting at USD 900 per organization and year) to your larger customers is recommended.
